We were having issues with our septic tank and pump. Shane came out the same day we called for the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem and had us repaired in.no time. He went above and beyond at communicating everything to us during the repair. Shane and his workers were professional, kind, reliable and trustworthy! We highly recommend using Shane and A1 septic! Superior, outstanding company!!!!!!! I highly recommend Shane and Clay for all of your septic and drainfield needs! Don't call anyone else! Shane holden, the owner, came out two separate times to check my drainfield to see if it was working, at no charge. Septic was pumped once. The floods we had a few months ago started the issue and has been going on. he came today with equipment to repair the drainfield and the real problem is water drainage on my property. He and his guy clay took their time and diligently assessed the entire situation, step by step, found the drainfield to be in good working order and would not even take payment for his time. Honest integrity at it's best, is what that is! I can't say enough about A-1. Great guys and very knowledgeable in all respects of septic and drainfields and will tell you exactly how septic systems work, in detail, and what is going on with yours.
